These have been utilised to good effect to lead teams, develop people and just get things done. The biggest “learn” is that if you want to make a change in either life or work, then you have to start with yourself.
I am an accredited coach and fully trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Having mentored and supported young adults for many years, I have coached them to help them achieve their full potential. I give practical work advice and support, from writing a stand out CV to practising interview scenarios.
Having an adult son with Asperger’s Syndrome, I have in-depth experience gained from supporting him, supporting other families and supporting those on the autistic spectrum that are in employment. I want to share these honed methodologies, tips and strategies with you.
